Train stations as a typology is decorated shed; they have the same programe arrangement yet expressions are in different architectural languages. The 'decorations' depict and illustrate the identity of the city, as the train station provided a first impression for the arrivals. I have categorized the types of 'decorations'- overview, interior, platform and train. These four categories are defined according to the sequence of the journey in approaching from the city to the train. Each picture is capturing a different atmosphere whilst depicts the varies images of the city. The different scales of observation provide an interesting analysis in identifying the image of the city.
